It’s no secret that we are in a huge skilled worker shortage across the United States. The demand for skilled workers continues to increase every year while workforce numbers continue to drop. In a recent survey from the US Chamber of Commerce, they report that 94% of construction companies need to hire more workers in the next 6 months. With the increase in AI, drones, and other technology, can that be the answer?
Blue Fin has taken a shot at how they feel we can solve this skills gap as an industry. But it’s not an easy task.
